General linking to profiles on third-party providers
The provider uses a link to the social networks listed below on the website.
The legal basis is Article 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. The provider’s legitimate interest lies in improving the usability of the website.
The plugins are integrated via a linked graphic. It is only by clicking on the corresponding graphic that the user is redirected to the service of the respective social network.
After the user is redirected, the respective network collects information about the user. These are initially data such as IP address, date, time, and visited page. If the user is logged into their account of the respective network during this time, the network operator may be able to assign the collected information of the specific visit by the user to the user’s personal account. If the user interacts via a “Share” button of the respective network, this information may be stored in the user’s personal account and possibly published. If the user wants to prevent the collected information from being directly assigned to their user account, they must log out before clicking on the graphic. There is also the option to configure the respective user account accordingly.
The following social networks are linked by the provider:
Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland.

Adobe Typekit
External fonts from “Adobe Typekit,” a service of Adobe Systems Software Ireland Limited, 4-6 Riverwalk, Citywest Business Campus, Dublin 24 Republic of Ireland, hereinafter referred to as “Adobe,” are used to display font designs.
When the provider’s website is called up, a connection to the Adobe server is established to enable the display of the font or to update it. Data may be transferred to servers in the USA in the process.
However, according to the supervisory authorities, the USA currently does not have an adequate level of data protection. Therefore, to transfer data to third countries, the provider and Adobe have so-called standard contractual clauses:
https://www.adobe.com/de/privacy/eudatatransfers.html
However, these are private-law agreements and therefore have no direct impact on the access possibilities of authorities in the USA.
The legal basis is Article 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. The provider’s legitimate interest lies in the optimization and economic operation of the website.
Through the connection, Adobe can recognize from which website a request is sent and to which IP address the display of the font is transmitted.
Adobe offers further information, especially on the options for preventing data use, at the following links:

FontAwesome
To display fonts and visual elements of our online presence, we use external fonts from FontAwesome. FontAwesome is a service of
Fonticons Inc., 6 Porter Road, Apartment 3R, Cambridge, MA 02140, USA, hereinafter referred to as “FontAwesome” only.
When our online presence is called up, a connection to the server of FontAwesome in the USA is established in order to enable and update the display of fonts and visual elements.
The legal basis is Article 6 (1) lit. f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the optimization and economic operation of our online presence.
By establishing a connection to the FontAwesome server when calling up our online presence, FontAwesome can determine which website your request was sent from and to which IP address the display of the font should be transmitted.

jQuery CDN
To optimize the speed of retrieval, design, and display of the content of our online presence on different devices, we use the service jQuery CDN, a Content Delivery Network (“CDN”), in our online presence. This is a service of the jQuery Foundation, hereinafter referred to as “jQuery”. jQuery is distributed for the JS Foundation via the StackPath CDN.
In order to be able to deliver the content of our online presence quickly, the service uses so-called JavaScript libraries. Corresponding files are loaded from the CDN server, provided they are not already in your browser cache due to a visit to another online presence. In the case of a connection to the CDN server, your IP address is recorded. It cannot be ruled out that a connection to a server outside the EU will be established.
The legal basis is Article 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in speeding up the loading times of our online presence and optimizing it.
To prevent the execution of jQuery’s JavaScript code altogether, you can install a so-called JavaScript blocker, such as noscript.net or ghostery.com. However, if you prevent or restrict the execution of the JavaScript code, this may, for technical reasons, lead to not all content and functions of our online presence being available.
jsdelivr.net-CDN
To optimize the speed of retrieval, design, and display of the content of our online presence on different devices, we use the service jsdeliver.com, a Content Delivery Network (“CDN”), in our online presence.
